1. Delivery normally between 3 and 7 working days.
2. You will get an email confirmation the day before delivery to confirm whether it will be an AM or a PM delivery time.
3. Driver will give you a call 30 minutes before arrival.
4. Driver will bring into your home for you, not just to kerbside.(Into a hallway).
5. Driver may require assistance on larger items.
6. Delivery time between 8am and 6pm (but with a call to inform you of where they are).

Our deliveries are now undertaken by our private couriers.

They will not just drop off your carpets at the kerbside and leave it there for you to take in by yourself.

The couriers will take the carpets into your home and place it in your hallway for you. They have all the equipment with them to do this.

Also for a surcharge they will put them into the rooms of your choice. We have also added a cost for this below for you to see if you would like this added special service as we know that sometimes the hallway isn’t the most ideal place for you.

Here is a breakdown of our delivery costs; we have made this totally transparent for you to see so there are no nasty hidden extras at checkout that you didn’t expect.

DELIVERY CHARGES for carpets up to 4 meters wide. Please note the prices below are not for individual carpet rolls, for example if you ordered 3 carpets the delivery charge would be £24.95 total for all 3 rolls. If you order 7+ carpets the delivery charge would be £49.95 in total for all 7+ carpets.

1 to 3 Carpets = £24.95

4 Carpets = £29.95

5 Carpets = £34.95

6 Carpet = £39.95

7 Carpets and above = £49.95

If you order both a 4 metre and 5 metre carpets you will be charged the greater of the two sizes.

Taking Carpets into Hallway = Free Of Charge

Taking Carpet into Lounge/Dining Room = £7.50 Per Carpet

Taking Carpet into a Bedroom = £15.00 Per Carpet

Please note: The prices given for the added extras are for 4 metre width carpets only. The driver will make a judgement upon delivery to access as to whether it is possible to put the carpets into another room. If he decides that it is not possible to do this for you then you will not be charged for this service.

Please Note: All delivery times are given in good faith. Whilst we try our best & over 99% of deliveries arrive on time, we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive on your preferred day.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there they will leave you a card so that you may rearrange the delivery with them.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.

Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur a return delivery charge.

Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
