you. They have all the equipment with them to do this.

to see so there are no nasty hidden extras at checkout that you didn’t expect.
CHARGES for carpets up to 4 meters wide. Please note the prices below are not for individual carpet rolls, for example if you ordered 3 carpets the delivery charge would be £24.95 total for all 3 rolls. If you order 7+ carpets the delivery charge would be £49.95 in total for all 7+ carpets.

note: The prices given for the added extras are for 4 metre width carpets only.
The driver will make a judgement upon delivery to access as to whether it is
possible to put the carpets into another room. If he decides that it is not
possible to do this for you then you will not be charged for this service.
Once we have received payment most orders will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days dedicated delivery service.
Please Note: All delivery times are given in good faith. Whilst we try our best & over 99% of deliveries arrive on time, we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive on your preferred day.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there they will leave you a card so that you may rearrange the delivery with them.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur a return delivery charge.
Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
